Feature | Leah Alexandra Lookbook Sneak Peek

A couple weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with Cara (A Fashion Love Affair) and Leah (Leah Alexandra Jewelry) to create a beautiful lookbook for Leah's new collection. You can read the feature from Cara here or scroll down to see more photos. The official lookbook will be out soon, so stay tuned!

Pigeonhole Home Store

The other night, I had the pleasure of photographing the cutest new shop in Victoria, Pigeonhole Home Store. The shop has both vintage and new home finds and sits at the corner of Stanley Ave and Bagbie Street. One look from the outside and you know this is a store full of treasures. My dear friend, Tara Hurst, did the branding which you can read about here.

If you are local to Vancouver Island or find yourself this way, this store is a must see.

Gracias Madre for Decor8

I am really honoured and excited to join forces with Decor8 as a monthly contributor! Here is a shoot I did recently in Los Angeles for Gracias Madre, a delicious plant based restaurant. See the feature from Decor8 here and the full gallery below.

Gabriola Island

A couple weeks ago, Bryce and I had ourselves a nice little weekend getaway to Gabriola Island. There is something so special about little islands. They are full of character and stories.

On one of our hikes, we found the Malaspina Galleries, which are sandstone caves that have been washed away by the ocean. Walking through them, touching the smooth walls and hearing the acoustics was an incredible experience. It was also the first time I got to run a roll of film through my new camera and I couldn't be happier with the photos. Film is just dreamy. I am really eager and excited to incorporate more film photography into my work this year.

I hope you enjoy the (film!) photos. Looking at them makes me wish it was the weekend all over again.
