Love Like Red

Melissa Milakovic is an "artist and maverick." She is the creative force behind Love Like Red, a charming creative paper company out of Victoria, BC.

Melissa approached me wanting photos for her new website that reflected the company as a whole. We wanted to create a cohesive visual journey that encompassed the lifestyle, commercial and product aspect of her business. Her new site, designed by Tara Hust Design, launched this week and she has already had features in Apartment Therapy and Decor8!

I love farm weddings. There is something so effortlessly beautiful in the land, the orchards and the old barns. Something about that atmosphere creates a calming and comforting feeling for me and I feel very inspired by it. Karly and Matt's wedding was a day spent with friends, family and water buffalo (see below!) and I'm not sure it gets any better than that. Special thanks to Christie for having me help out on this beautiful wedding.
